Cocktail with Ginger Ale, Hawaiian Fruit Punch, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Pineapple Juice. Ingredients 3 quarts Ginger Ale; 1 gallon Hawaiian Fruit Punch; 1 quart Lemon Juice; 2 pounds Sugar; 1 quart Pineapple Juice.
